2022年3月9日，哥伦比亚广播公司续订了《幸存者》第四十三季和第四十四季。与前两季一样，比赛时间从传统的39天缩短到了26天，18名参赛者被分成三个部落进行角逐。哥伦比亚广播公司要求所有演员和制作人员完全接种疫苗。

美国喜剧小品系列剧《周六夜现场》第四季最初于1978年10月7日至1979年5月26日在美国全国广播公司（NBC）播出。上一季的所有演员均回归。这也是丹·艾克罗伊德和约翰·贝鲁西的最后一季。艾克罗伊德和贝鲁西离开剧组，前往电影《福禄双霸天》（The Blues Brothers）。第四季DVD于2008年12月2日发行。
